UPDATE 10/15/09: The Floyd County Health Department is now receiving H1N1 vaccine (mist, multi-dose, and Thimerosal-free) and it is currently being dispensed to Tier 1 individuals (school-age children, adults with health problems (such as asthma, diabetes), pregnant women, first-responders and frontline medical personnel).  Individuals should check with his/her primary-care physician, watch our website, or watch the local media for vaccine availability.

 

 

08/21/09: The Floyd County Health Department has also been in contact with all schools in Floyd County, Indiana.  A parent letter was sent to all schools with information regarding H1N1.  For a copy of that letter  click on the link below:
